
ARNG CREDENTIALING & PRIVILEGING
The Army National Guard (ARNG) credentials and privileges approximately 3,000 Military and Non-Military Health Care Providers (HCPs), including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, dentists, clinical psychologists, clinical social workers, optometrists, and physical therapists. We provide operational program support for credentialing and privileging of privileged HCPs in the following support areas: new accessions and initial credential files, maintenance of current credentialed and privileged HCPs, processing mobilization and training missions, ongoing training for program end users and providers, technical system support within the Department of Defense (DoD) approved system of record Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS), and preparation/coordination of monthly credentialing and privileging boards.

Our team of over 30 credentialers ensure that all clinicians throughout the Army National Guard are properly credentialed and privileged before direct patient care is rendered. Maintaining state credentials and privileges is a medical and dental readiness requirement for ARNG providers.
