ENTERPRISE BLOOD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM- DONOR
We provide development and sustainment support to the DoD’s Enterprise Blood Management System (EBMS) for 13+ years. EBMS is comprised of the Blood Management Blood Bank/Transfusion service (BMBB/TS) and the Blood Donor Management System (BDMS). We implemented BMBB/TS at 60 MTFs around the world and BDMS at 20 Blood Donor Centers worldwide. We provide change management, user adoption support, release and deployment support (including site surveys and on-site deployment support), deployment and sustainment training, Tier III help desk, operations and maintenance support and active system monitoring of all EBMS server assets on production, training, and COOP. Our team of DoD blood bank subject matter experts (SME)s and IT professionals provide comprehensive blood system support to the DHA across all CONUS and OCONUS blood donor and transfusion facilities.
