Critical Illness Immunological Reprogramming and Control Point Learning Engine (CIRCLE)
Overview
Planned Systems International (PSI) currently supports Stanford University under this program. The "Model" Technical Area focuses on building a "Digital Twin" — a personalized computational model of the patient's immune system, from high-resolution, real-time biological data. The goal is to move beyond basic vitals to map the actual "immune trajectory" of a critically ill patient using advanced biomarkers and molecular sensing. This model predicts how a patient will respond to different treatments before they are even administered.
