PSI provides development, update, enhancement, repair, IA and cyber compliance, and testing of mission critical DHA commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-based applications managed by the DHA’s, Health Information Technology Directorate, Solution Delivery Division hosted at DISA Capacity Services. These services are critical to support warfighter readiness and optimize the delivery of healthcare to DoD active duty service members, retirees, and their dependents. Code Mx applications range from clinical, logistic, decision and resource management support.

Purchased Care Operating System (PCOS)

Includes TRICARE Encounter Data (TED) a claims processing tool that contains data sets of information from all purchased health care support contracts and Patient Encounter Process Reporting (PEPR) systems a web-based suite of applications used to analyze purchased care claims by the TED system

Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS)

A military and civilian medical work force management and privileging web-based system designed to maintain historical and current medical provider qualifications, certifications, and privileges for the purpose of assuring quality medical care as well as managing information on assignments, training, and adverse actions related to the individual medical provider.

We are a leader in adopting Agile within SDD and responsible for the first pilot of the tailord SDD agile scrum methodology. Since 2012, we have aligned SDD documentation requirements to Agile development has successfully completed more than 400 Agile Sprints to date, which has supported improved time to market of application enhancements, modifications, and repairs.

Incorporation of all relevant business rules from the TRICARE Systems Manual—the “bible of Purchased Care”—and the translation of these interdependent business rules into more than 800 TED edits.
