PSI provides comprehensive system design services in alignment with VA guidelines, including developing detailed architectures, interface specifications, data models, and technical documentation. All design activities will be documented using VA-approved tools such as Jira and SharePoint, with full traceability to requirements. The contractor will also support lifecycle alignment, technology assessments, and compliance with VA enterprise architecture and strategic review processes. PSI collaborates closely with VA stakeholders to ensure integration with existing systems and alignment with business, data, and technical objectives. Additionally, PSI supports performance planning, security assessments, and contribute to process improvement efforts across the full system development lifecycle.
