Our team supports data science, development, enhancement, and sustainment of EEO applications, and infrastructure hosting to include migrating the systems from On Prem to the Azure Gov Cloud.
Data science is a multidisciplinary field that uses scientific methods, algorithms, processes, and systems to extract knowledge and insights from structured and unstructured data. It combines elements of statistics, computer science, machine learning, domain expertise, and data engineering to analyze and interpret complex data.

Our data science team at ORDMI:
Designed and developed a Data Science infrastructure to support business intelligence activities, data analytics, visualizations, and machine learning.
Assists in data driven decisions by analyzing data from various sources, developing data visualization tools, interpreting results, and communicating findings.
Architected a new data infrastructure using Azure Data Lake and Synapse for Analytics. We developed data set by integrating EEO data from legacy and new EEO system.
Developed data visual reports in Power BI (~100 reports), deployed, and currently maintaining reports.
Developing and testing various Descriptive and Predictive models based on EEO data (Ex: Forecasting case counts, classifying data based on user entered description, predicting a case outcome)
