VETERINARY SERVICES SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT (VSSM)
PSI provides full-spectrum operations, sustainment, and engineering support for the Department of Defense’s Veterinary Services Systems Management (VSSM) application. VSSM is the DoD’s official eVHR, a web-based, Tri-Service system that provides a complete practice management solution for the entire Global Veterinary Medical Practice. Our mission is to ensure this vital system is intuitive, secure, and operationally relevant for its global user base. We achieve this by applying a streamlined Agile methodology to deliver system and security updates, enhance performance, and improve the user experience, ensuring the VSSM application is fully operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The PSI team is responsible for ensuring system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction through continuous monitoring, proactive issue resolution, deployment support, and architectural improvements. We ensure that the system remains secure, interoperable with MHS IT systems, and fully aligned with operational and clinical needs.
