RESOURCES SYSTEM INTERNET (DMHRSi)
Overview
We provide the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) with reinforcement of sustainment and training activities, to include business process reengineering to support the existing Defense Medical Human Resources-internet (DMHRSi) application at over 70 Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) (FTEs). Since contract award, we provided AFMRA with program management oversight, subject matter expertise, systems/management analysis, remote/on-site training and assistance, program documentation, and Program Office support to increase funding efficiency.

Resolved over 6400 helpdesk tickets in 2022
Approximately 95% of tickets are managed at our project level, minimizing the turn-around time for users.
Developed the first-ever DMHRSi virtual newcomers and DMHRSi virtual workshop to enhance training opportunities not only for the Air Force, but also opened the classes to Army and Navy Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System managers.
Contributed 300+ hours of training content.
