Overview
PSI delivers services across multiple areas including cybersecurity, data center operations, end-user support, software development, and IT project management. All necessary personnel, equipment, and materials will be provided by the contractor, who retains full responsibility for staff oversight and performance. Support will cover development, test, and production environments across various DHA R&E locations. The objective is to ensure reliable, secure, and modern IT operations that enable the DHA R&E mission. Services must align with evolving technical requirements and support strategic IT initiatives across the enterprise.
